Mix all ingredients, except steak, together in a bowl. Place Sirloin Steak in a glass or plastic dish.
Pour marinade over the steak. Marinate for 15 to 20 hours. Toss steak halfway through marinating.
Skewer meat and vegetables. Cook over the grill until the meat is to desired temperature. Serve over a bed of rice with pasta.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
