- 1/2 cup Good Spirit Foods Rosemary, Thyme, & Garlic
Vinegar
- 2 Cucumbers, diced
- 3 T red onions diced
- 1/4 t Pepper

- 1/2 t Salt
- 1/2 T Olive Oil
- 1/4 t Italian Seasoning
- Garlic powder (optional)

Mix cucumbers and onions together in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients, add garlic powder to taste if desired
and toss.
Chill before serving.
Yields 3 to 4 servings
